Ethan worked very hard for us and was always available to answer a phone call, no matter the time of day. That was fantastic for us because this was our first house that we have had to sell and didn't know everything that was going on, so we had a lot of questions. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what was going on, what was going to happen, what we needed to do, and why it needed to happen. We had accepted a job that required us to move before our property was sold. This did not stop Ethan from working hard for us, he even took extra steps to make sure we could follow through with selling our house without needing to commute back to the Des Moines area to do so, this was extremely convenient and we are extremely thankful for that.
