Ethan is outstanding! We bought a property and that went extremely smooth and sold the property and that was very complicated. It was complicated because there were several things about the house that we weren't aware of. And it was dividing a farm residence offered to its own parcel. This involves a lot of work with the county surveyors, etc. He was more than helpful. He was always available for questions! He made everything easy for my mother who is 86 years old. He was always professional always on time always accessible, really I don't know that I could say anything that didn't go extremely well that he managed. I know on our end. We messed up on a few things… Lol. Anyway I will only use Ethan Hokel and Century 21 if we ever buy yourself property again.
