Evalina Loyo-Gonzalez

Evelina was just awesome. She put up with a lot from us and always had our back. She presented us with her perspectives on the market and how to best sell our property while maintaining a great level of profit. I would highly recommend Evalina for your real estate needs. It was a pleasure working with her and grateful for all she did!

Evalina was amazing and awesome! She was very professional and knowledgeable.

I had a fantastic experience working with Evalina to rent out my property. She is incredibly professional, responsive, and efficient, she found a good tenant within just two weeks! She handled every step with care, from coordinating the move-out of my previous tenant to preparing the property for the new one. Her photographer took stunning listing photos that looked more like a high-end sale than a rental, which made the home really stand out. At move-in, she was impressively detail-oriented: she took thorough photos and carefully documented everything in the Move-In/Move-Out form to ensure transparency and peace of mind for both sides. Throughout the entire process, she kept me informed and took care of every detail. I truly felt I was in excellent hands and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent.
