Ewa, job well done!

Excellent expierience. Highly recomended.

We always dreamed about owning a condo in Miami Beach. However, living in a different state, and having limited time, it was difficult to achieve. Thankfully to exceptional skills, Ewa Kucia hand-held us thru the entire process achieving an unbelievable easy, and pleasant experience! Her knowledge about real estate in Miami Beach and rapid fast searching abilities allowed us to have only one trip to Miami for a few days and everything was done! We didn't know what to expect, so Ewa showed us several different standards across condos, and in-fly adjusted the following showings according to our preferences and needs. Ewa also helped us with post-closure activities, which being in a different state was a live saver! We cannot express enough how grateful we are, and we wish all people to have so perfect agent like Ewa.

Ewa was always very professional, answered all the questions we had and come me down when I panicked. She answered all my texts immediately. She always had time to talk to me when I needed her. The thousands milage distance between us did not exist. She took her time to make sure we understand the process and we know what to expect next. We always felt respected, safe and taking care of. We trust her and we are very happy we could work with her. She was very patient, and listen wills what we needed, what we could and what we expected. She would be the person we would recommend to anyone as we know she will take a good care of her clients

Quick processing and speaks our language. We are very pleased.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Ewa Kucia from Century 21 Hansen. I was first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I’ve met with a couple of realtors before Ewa, but I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She is honest and hands-on! I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" and ended up with few other offers , Ewa walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why i thought they should choose me. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and I thank Ewa for that every day! If you ever looking for a relator agent or have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, don’t look any further, Ewa is the person you looking for. Ewa thank you so much for all your help, and hard work. You were able to find me a place that I can call home. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!

Ewa Kucia/CENTURY 21 Hansen were pleasure to deal with and helped us find and close on property we fell in love with. Ewa Kucia familiarized is with various neighborhoods and showed us number of properties within criteria we settled on. She made the whole process smooth and stress free, which we really appreciate. Great experience. Something that other agents fell short on.
