When I set out to obtain the help of a local real estate agent it was very important to me to find someone with whom I would feel comfortable. I realized that selling my parents' home, the home that I feel very sentimental about, would be difficult emotionally for me. After a thorough internet search, and then reading many glowing reviews about Ms. Felicia Finn, I knew that I had found the person I wished to have represent me. I called the Action Plus office and got a quick reply from Ms. Finn. That also confirmed for me that I had reached out to the right person. I feel it is very important to have an agent that is professional and timely in their communication with their clients. Felicia proved to be exceptional in her ability to communicate with me promptly throughout the entire sales process. There are so many qualities that I believe makes her an excellent real estate agent. For one, as I already said, she conducts herself in a very professional manner...both on the phone and in person. From a personal point of view, she is empathetic and easy to talk to. She is efficient, proactive in her sales approach, and totally knowledgeable of the real estate industry. All in all, I would say that I feel extremely lucky to have had Felicia Finn represent me in this transaction. She made what I feared would be a very difficult experience quite pleasant and rewarding. I hope my comments will convey the fact that I am so very grateful to have found Felicia Finn. It was a pleasure having her represent me in the sale of this house. Selling a home that you've been associated with for over 50 years can be a very emotional and difficult experience. Having the right person guide you through the process makes all the difference between it being painful or being pleasant. I am eternally grateful to Felicia Finn for making this process as pleasant as it could possibly be. She is a truly wonderful person and terrific real estate agent! Thank You, Felicia! Wishing a Happy,Healthy & Successful 2018!!
