I would recommend Felicia Finn to any one.

Felicia is an experienced professional. She was approachable and readily available. I felt confident taking her advice. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Felicia was excellent and took our concerns seriously. She has a wealth of knowledge that was very valuable through out this process. I would not hesitate to recommend Felicia Finn to anyone needing to buy or sell a property.

Felicia Finn made us extremely comfortable in the transition of selling our house into buying our new house. We were a little nervous since we were there 20 years, but she helped it go smoothly..Felicia certainly knows the real estate business, and listens to the needs and concerns of her clients. She always had our best interest first and foremost We are so happy to have had her in our corner, and behind us 100%.

Felicia Finn has the patience of a Saint! From talking us off the ledge to hugging it out and letting us know all will be ok! After 20 years in our first home, Felicia helped us find a new house that we can call HOME. We are so happy, and cannot thank her enough for all her help, advise and guidance. We are happy to call her not only our realtor but our friend!

Felicia was there for us every step of the way on the journey to our new, and first home together! This was a really important and special time in our lives and she made sure to always make it seem like it was just as personal and important to her! We couldn't have done this without her guidance, and she really made it a smooth process for us! We'd recommend her to anyone searching for their perfect place!

Felicia went above and beyond in making sure everything worked out between the sale of our house and us buying our new house at the same time. Plenty of bumps in the road but we made it to the end. Thank you for everything and we are so happy we found our dream house.
