Felicia is a fantastic realtor. She took all of our wants and needs into consideration and she helped us find a great home. She had a lot of knowledge about the area we were looking and she was very helpful and lead us in the right direction. We are very appreciative for all that she has done! Thanks again!

Felicia Finn was very helpful in all aspects of our house sale. It is gratifying to know someone dedicated to doing a good job. She worked hard in getting us the best deal for our home, soothing our worries as we struggled through all the issues along the bumpy road and even devoting time to finding us a temporary home to move into. We would and have recommended her services to our neighbors and friends. Felicia Finn gets results!!

Felicia did a great job alerting us to the availability of the property

Great realtor very patient and personable.

Felicia has a passion for real estate and knows the business well. Our sale and buy went very smoothly thanks to her efforts. I would recommend her services without hesitation.

I have purchased, sold and rented multiple properties with Felicia and would not use anyone else. She makes the process very smooth. She is extremely knowledgable and will always go above and beyond for her client.

Felicia Finn did a fine job. I would call her again for another house sale.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Felicia in the sale of our home! She had a wealth of knowledge in the area we were selling our home in and knew how to 'price our home right' in order to help it sell quickly. I would strongly recommend Felicia to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Monmouth and Ocean County areas.
