The market is crazy hard right now but sue kept us calm and assured us our house is out there. She didn't let us settle for something we didn't want and made looking at homes fun, even when some places were a bit off (secret clown rooms and all). When we did finally find our dream home, she knew all the right people and exactly where to go in at. The house appraised over our loan and that shows it was SPOT ON.
