I was very pleased with Felicia's efforts on my behalf. She is a dedicated and hard worker.

Felicia helped us tremendously in processing the sale. She was always available when we needed her and that was ultimately the deal for us. When we had a question or concern she immediately addressed the problem and resolved it . Cannot thank her enough for her expertise and professionalism. Thank you so much.

One of the most vital decisions anyone may make at inflection points or important events in life is the professional they choose to represent them. Your surgeon, your attorney, your financial advisor, your realtor. Realty can be a very complicated, even tricky business, particularly in New Jersey. Frankly, it can be a battle. When it comes to residential realty, Felicia Finn is the one you want in your corner. Felicia has all of the requisite personality traits and skills, all the experience, all the knowledge, the energy, tenacity, the ability to listen, dependability and timing...all the things you need to succeed, tempered with the right balance of ferocity and tenderness, patience, intuition and fairness. Above all, Felicia is a good egg. She is caring and fair, honest and bold. I believe that God's hand was on my selection of Felicia Finn as my realtor, and I can't imagine having achieved such a great result without her tireless efforts and counsel. Choosing the right professional is the single point where you have the power to impact the outcome of your buy/sell event, and I would recommend that anyone considering a realty transaction give serious consideration to working with Mrs. Finn. You can thank me later!

From start to finish Felicia demonstrated professionalism. She was patient and informative as this was our first home buying experience. Throughout the entire process she ensured everything was progressing smoothly. Look no further as Felicia can help you find your dream house for the right price. In addition, Felicia is also an effective selling agent as she has multiple homes under contract/approaching closing in our area.

We have know Felicia for many years, as our children went through school together. Felicia was well known in the neighbor as a very effective realtor having sold my brother's home and quite a few friends' homes. We made the right choice in going with Felicia for the sale of our home in Roosevelt City. Felicia stayed on top of everything along the way and guided us through the entire process in a very professional, friendly manner. I would highly recommend using Felicia, if you're looking to sell your home. Her reputation speaks for itself. Our sincere thanks to Felicia and all her efforts in selling our home.

Felicia Finn provided feedback and important details that helped us sell our home in less than two weeks. We couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction. If you are looking to sell your home, Felicia will get the job done. Thank you so much!
