My daughter, grandson and granddaughter have all used Fermin to sell and purchase homes. He goes beyond what a broker does! His knowledge made it very comfortable and easy to go through the process of selling my home. He has become our family broker, we would not consider anyone else.

I did everything i would expect from an agent & exceed all expectations

Professional

Fermin was first the broker for my 2 children. He found them homes that they purchased. When it was time for me to sell mine, I definitely wanted to use him. Fermin was a exceptional broker to work with. He exceeded any expectations I had. The sale of my house was such a smooth transaction, and he constantly communicated with me with ever aspect of the sale. I was totally surprised when I received a full price offer for my house within 7 hours of it being listed! He is definitely a broker I would work with again and recommend him to others!

Fermin loves his job & it shows

This is my third transaction working with Fermin, absolutely love the way he takes care of his customers! Excellent communicator and master negotiator! He is the only real estate professional that I would recommend to friends and family!

Fermin was outstanding, start to finish. He truly made the entire process painless and in my opinion went way above and beyond handling anything that came up.
