He is the best overall. Helped me purchase my first home. And this time around he helped me sell a home and purchase a new one. We wouldn't choose anyone else but Fermin. We are deeply grateful for his patience, professionalism, kindness, motivation & knowledge

As a matter in fact we ask him to put our previous house on sale. So we still working with Fermin

Fermin, Once again, thank you very much for assisting us on this journey. We saw many, many houses of all different types. The good, the bad and the ugly. Shared many laughs along the way. We couldn't have done it without you Fermin. Thanks again and again and again!

Fermin Perez was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and contacts were invaluable. He went out of his way to make things happen, and our hose sold in one week.

Excellent service

My wife and I previously had the townhouse up for sale through Lullo Century 21. Fermin was the primary reason we went back to Lullo Century 21 a second time. Fermin was exteremely honest and straight forward yet very positive about how Lullo cares about making sure that we were pleased with their plans on the sale of our townhouse. The honesty, knowledge of the area and getting us involved in the marketing of our townhouse and the trust we developed with Fermin along the way was instrumental in making sure that we went back to Lullo Century 21 when we decided to sell the second time around. Fermin is a excellent real estate agent who has above average customer service and personal skills. Fermin recommended that we place the for sale sign on our bedroom room window since the association would not allow the sale sign to be placed on the complex grounds. It was a great move and easily viewed by prospective buyers who would drive by. Fermin kept us abreast of the trends in the market and how to go about reducing the listing price in the most effective and efficient manner all the while keeping the sale of the townhouse in vogue. The staff at Century 21 Lullo was very courteous, polite with exceptional customer service skills whenever I called the office. Fermin is very professional and has a keen eye on the real estate trends which makes him a valuable assset to your organization and a bigger asset to individuals who are in the market to sell their homes. He is trustworthy and sincere about making the sale of your property a positive one which eliminates a lot of anxiety and stress. Fermin is extremely good at selling real estate and even a better human being, if that's possible.
