Fermin was GREAT. Most agents get your listing and seem to fade off from communication. I felt like it was as easy to get in touch with him as it is to get touch with my own family.... as far as quick to respond to messages and texts. I was out of the state during the listing and sales period. Fermin left me feeling like I had nothing to worry about and that he could handle everything in my absence.
