We were 100% satisfied using Fermin Perez as our realtor. He was patient and extremely knowledgable during our home search. Fermin pointed out details in houses that we missed. He was knowledgable about different suburbs, which was helpful as we were looking in multiple suburbs. He handled the contracts and negotiations well and kept on top of communication, which was much appreciated during the stressful process of buying a first home. We have nothing but good things to say about Fermin. Again, he was extremely patient with us and set up a schedule to view houses that worked best with our busy schedules. He was always available to communicate with and we never had to wait long for a response. We are very happy we chose Fermin as our realtor and will be recommending him to others when purchasing their home.

This was my first time as a single mom buying my home and going through rough times and hardships it was hard for me to trust just anyone. Fermin Perez was highly recommended and I had the pleasure to see why. He is professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about seeing you find the right house.
