I am a first time home buyer and very new here in US and don't know much about buying a house. But, Mark and Frances were so kind and they guided me in everything from house choices, seeing and touring houses, dealing with seller and agent, everything was a great experience . They kept me informed and updated for every progress which is very important. They always take time to reach out, by phone, texts or emails. They are just so great.
