I would like to take this opportunity to highly recommend Frances Manzoni to anyone considering listing their home for sale. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in general, and specifically in our area. Upon meeting her, we were immediately impressed with her professionalism and her marketing plan with regard to our home. She was very positive and excited about the listing and we felt confident in our decision. After listing with Fran, she went through our home and offered suggestions on staging to maximize the use of space and lighting. She also brought a group of brokers through to gain maximum exposure. She was constantly following up with the agents who showed the house in order to gain feedback, and passed that information on to us. We were completely satisfied with Fran's handling of our listing, marketing, negotiations, follow ups and the ultimate sale of our property. She was professional, informative and represented our interests in all aspects of the process. Fran was readily available to respond to our questions and concerns. She was quick to anticipate possible issues and promptly resolve them. She communicated with us during every part of the process and exhibited total professionalism and respect. Although selling your home is always a stressful event filled with mixed emotions, Fran was able to effectively calm our fears and sell in a very short period of time. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process as smooth as possible from the beginning to the end.

My daughter-in-law dealt with Frannie in the past and had a positive experience. Frannie was great with communicating certain things to my son so that he could help me through the process of buying a new home. Frannie was always willing to answer questions and was extremely knowledgeable and patient from start to finish!

I couldn't be more satisfied with Frans effort from start to finish, I don't think I have ever asked her a question that she could not answer. She is a very knowledgeable person and is definitely in the right business. I look forward to working with her again on my next project.

We also dealt with Mark Lanzilotti, who was also great! He and Fran worked great together. He was also very knowlegable, helpful, and went above all our expectations. Rauh and Johns are very lucky to have these two on your team!!

She was very personable and would strongly recommend her to any friends or family looking to buy. Sent me properties I actually was interested in so definitely listened to what I was looking for in my new home and overall I have her to thank for my beautiful new condo.

Fran did an excellent job throughout the buying process. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Frances Manzoni is very responsible and sticks to her game plan to make things happen even if it means stepping outside the box
