I found Fran at an open house when I was looking to buy back in 2016. I immediately knew that the house wasn't for me, but the agent sure was! Working with Fran in buying my home was such a pleasant, fun experience. Selling my home nearly three years later was surrounded in stress in my personal life, but Fran navigated through everything with me in such a comforting, compassionate way. I couldn't have done this without her, and I am so grateful for everything she's done and is doing.

frannie helped us buy our first home back in 2004 and we trusted her to come back after almost 15 years later to help us buy another home. Her dedication and immediate responsiveness during this entire process has been amazing. As anyone buying a home can attest to, the discouragement at times was upsetting but Frannie never was negative and would not give up even when we felt hopeless. In the end, her intentions were to help us find our perfect home and I sit in my beautiful home tonight saying that she helped us 100 percent do just that. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank Frannie for her endless efforts in helping us find our dream home.

A true professional! Very hard worker! Frannie always had our best interest in mind. She was always available to help us during our journey. Thank you Frannie Manzoni!

Fran is amazing. No matter the amount of stress she always was able to bring me back down and reassure everything will be ok. She was accommodating and available all of the time and if she wasn’t she made herself available

Fran has helped me so much in both purchasing a home and selling a home. We went through a lot to find the right home for me and when it finally popped up, she did everything she could to get me the house I really wanted. I couldn't ask for a better agent.
