When we started this process Frank Martinez was a stranger. Frank's personality was understanding he cared for my family's needs and he was very personable. As the process became draining and emotions ran high for a pregnant wife and sometimes felt like giving up. He was very patient he never became frustrated he genuinely cared for my family.
