Frank took a full day to show me the area and the available properties in our price range. He worked with us remotely to discuss and facilitate property selection. Then he walked us through the sales process, facilitated interactions with other key parties (property manager, HOA, title company), and after closing worked with us to get moved in to the property during the busy holiday season. Frank Pulles is a consummate professional who takes pride in his vocation, knows the southeast Florida area, and is sensitive to the particular needs of military members and their families. He demonstrated great integrity, patience, and expertise, from start to finish.
