I've known Fred for several years personally. I had a home up for sale by another realtor about 7 years ago. The previous realtor had our listing for over 14 months and while we had several people come through the house, no one had made an offer. Fred asked that I give him a chance at selling my home so we switched to Century 21 Sheets. Fred asked questions with everyone that went through our home such as, what they liked about it, what they didn't like about it and if they were interested in putting in an offer. Fred sold our home for us in 2 and 1/2 weeks! There was no doubt in our minds that we were going to use Fred Nelson when we purchased our next home, so we did.
