He is a very dedicated realtor. He does a lot of research to get the most bang for your dollar.

At a minutes notice, Fred was willing to show us a property even if it was 8pm on a weekday or on a Saturday night. He was incredibly responsive and made us aware of any possible repairs that would potentially be coming across if we were to buy the house. He wasn’t just trying to sell us a house to get paid, he always gave us honesty and genuinely wanted us to find a perfect home. If he didn’t think it was the perfect fit, he would let us know. As long as Fred is in the real estate business, I will be using him to help me buy/sell any future houses. If you don’t use him as your realtor, you are definitely missing out.
