We first contacted him two years before we listed our house to get advice about selling our home, and during those two years Freddy faithfully kept us informed about how the market was doing in our area. When the time came to sell, Freddy shared with us all the comparable local houses on the market to help us make an informed decision about the listing price. He had a professional photographer to assist with online advertisement, and the first week on the market he had an open house and we received five offers, four over our asking price. Freddy assisted us through the escrow process step-by-step, and his experience kept us from making mistakes. For example, he negotiated to allow us to stay an extra week past the close of escrow to finish moving out.
