Frederica is an experienced and knowledgeable broker . I did not know much about the Lexington market and she very quickly became a trusted advisor in regard to my purchase. She helped us negotiate the price and all other aspects of the sale. .Communication never an issue -- she returned calls and texts promptly . Frederica made it easy to be a buyer. I will engage Frederica again whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Frederica was wonderful! She is the utmost professional, communicates very effectively and frequently regarding all items, her market and sales knowledge along with her pricing guidance was instrumental in the success we had with selling our property well over the asking price. As a challenging seller base of four owners, Frederica exceled at navigating the group dynamic element and always kept us moving forward. - Frederica amazingly orchestrated a challenging seller base of four like a symphony!

Frederica Tassis is the best of the best. Were it not for her exceptional talent and extensive experience, the sale of my property would not have materialized. She is one saavy, smart, and tough lady.
