Since I was mostly moved to my new house out of state, Gail did an amazing job making sure my property was always ready for prospective buyers. She went over and above to ready the house for a period of bitter freezing weather and regularly went there during and after the freeze to make sure there was no damage. Somewhat due to the weather, the closing took a very long time during which Gail kept in touch with me and the buyer's agent through 3 rescheduled closings and what was frustration for everyone.
