Gary was very responsive and cared about my questions and concerns. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of real estate and researched and fedback on every issue I raised regarding this property. I always felt Gary was honest in his dealings with me, and he would be the first person I'd call if I have real estate needs in the future.

We had received market analysis from 2 other realtors prior to talking with Gary. He had sold some properties in the area, so I knew he had some local expertise and knowledge. He was eager to help and gave us suggestions on how to better market our raw land , i.e. cut a trail through the brush so potential buyers could walk the propety easier. Gary even suggested an individual to do the trail work and that gentleman did an outstanding job at a very resonable rate. I would have not even known who to call for that task, but Gary did. Gary was a great communicator. He always kept us informed of out listings and certainly kept us in the loop when parties showed interest or made offers. Gary listed our 3 parcels about 20% over the suggested listing price of the other 2 realtors that had given us a market analysis, so I was a bit skeptical at first. But Gary's market knowlege paid off and we sold all 3 parcels by November at very near our listing prices. I cannot say enough about Gary. He always kept us up to date (even when he was out of the golf course

He kept in constant communication about sales process and kept me informed about status of sale. He went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed repair got done in Al timely manner.

Gary Fox did an outstanding job as there were some glitches with easement problems and division of the property and working with the county requirements.

Gary was, and is, always professional and a wealth of knowledge!
