Gary Fox was our first choice for an agent/broker. We are familiar with Gary and know that he as a great reputation in our community for taking excellent care of his clients. Gary went above and beyond our expectations! This was the first time we've ever sold or purchased a home (last time, we bought land and built) and he walked us through every step of the process. We knew we could trust Gary Fox to look our for our best interest. Gary was very attentive to our questions and listened to make sure he understood our concerns. If he did not have an answer, he would research the situation and then promptly get back to us with an answer. Gary is very knowledgeable and it was obvious that he has years of experience in selling real estate here in Lewis County. Hands down, I would recommend him to anybody! When we are ready to sell this property in ten years, Gary Fox will be the first person we call! I have already recommended him to two friends during the past year and their houses sold within the first week - just like ours!

Gary was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to communicate with and timely with his correspondence. He handled all the details and made the process as easy as possible for us. I would recommend Gary highly and would gladly work with him again in the future.

The sale of this property was never in consideration-until I had to place my parent into long term health care. The property was in rough shape, not really attractive to any buyer, and the property was not immediately habitable. Despite those odds, Gary stepped up very quickly, and we had hits on the property almost immediately. It did take a bit to sell, as I asked to list this property as high as we could sell it, to put as much funds as possible into the bank account of my parent. Gary is a consummate professional, understood my "issues", and worked hard to get this property sold! Thank you Gary, for a tough job well done!

Loved working with Gary! His local knowledge and expertise were critical throughout the whole selling process. Gary set out a good sales plan, helped us focus on what we needed to tackle and made sure we didn't need to worry about the rest. Gary worked through and handled any questions or issues that came up. Also, Gary was a lot of fun to work with.

Working with Gary was truly hassle and worry free, as it was clear I could rely on his local and functional expertise for proper guidance and also his ability to execute all aspects of the transaction with independence and accuracy. I have sold multiple properties in different states over the years, and working with Gary was truly a different experience in a good way.
