I picked Gary Shea Realty based on his experience selling similar properties in the Butte area. I didn't know him previously but I have come to appreciate his professionalism, integrity, knowledge, communication, accessibility, among other qualities too numerous to mention. I have had zero regrets and would hire him again in an instant! He's done a great job for me!

Set up a meeting with Gary and immediately realized his extensive knowledge of Butte! I consider Gary a huge asset as my realtor and have also developed a great friendship with Gary! Plan on spending lots of time in Butte and will most likely purchase more properties in the future! Patrick Geary
