Genia was seriously the BEST!! She helped us get our first home in a new area and helped us navigate numerous challenges along the way (zero from her - all from the sellers and lenders). She's our agent for life!

Genia was absolutely amazing- she knew the market and was always prompt with answering questions and getting back with buyer agents. She was critical to making my home selling experience as pain-free as possible. I'll be recommending Genia to anyone buying or selling in the greater Lansing area.

Genia is always great to work with. Very honest, and responsive. She works hard to get her clients the best deal. Would highly recommend Genia!

Genia is the best! I have had other agents in the past but she works harc for her clients. Genia is very honest, smart, and an overall good person. Genia is very professional and knows exactly how to close a deal.

Straightforward which is really appreciated! Genia is willing to talk through options and if she doesn't have knowledge on something she confers with her team and gets right back to you. Very happy and will plan on contacting her if in the market for buying or selling again!

It was so amazing working with Genia. She helped us both buy and sell homes, and worked her magic in negotiating both. She took the time to explain nuances of the market (which was changing by the day), guided us on processes, and was with us every step of the way through purchasing our new home and selling our old. Home buying is stressful and having the right realtor in your corner can make it a much smoother process. Genia's confidence, and our confidence in her, never waivered. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home. We love you Genia!
