Genia is an amazing agent. She really helped with everything across the board. We were really nervous and unsure about the whole process at first, but Genia was there for us the whole way and really made the process smooth and stress-free. Genia was highly recommend to us by several friends. After talking with her (and eventually meeting and working with her), we know why she was so highly recommended and we will also recommend her to others. She's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, does an amazing job of answering questions, and worked really hard to help us get a house.

Genia Beckman was incredible during the trying times of looking for a new home during the pandemic. She did everything she could to get me Zoom showings and she even took me on a Zoom drive around the town so I could see the locations of possible places to live. She was always a joy to talk to and she was able to zone-in on what I really wanted in my new home. I struggled with making strong offers due to contingencies and it was heartbreaking every time I lost. However, I never once felt alone in the process. She really listened and had great patience with me as I tried to navigate all the components of purchasing a home. I will be forever grateful for her service and Century 21 Looking Glass. I will recommend to anyone moving to the area that Century 21 Looking Glass is an incredible group of people to work with and Genia will find you your new place to call "home, sweet home"!

Genia is fun to work with very knowledgeable and friendly. Knows her stuff when it comes to her job.

Genia Beckman helped us find the perfect home. She is extremely professional, personable, and quick to respond. I was impressed with her trustworthiness, knowledge, and insight regarding every home we looked at. Genia was always quick to respond to any questions (and we definitely had a lot). Our first time home-buying experience didn't happen as smoothly as it could have but I know it would have been a rocky mess without Genia's help. She was there every step of the way (and there were so many steps). She helped us find the absolutely perfect home for my family and we are extremely grateful for all her hard-work and dedication.

Genia Beckman is the Gold Standard for realtors and we feel fortunate to have had her guidance and expertise along the way!
