After a long struggle for a couple years, the experience with George Valencia was amazing. He helped us purchase our first home and still continues to be a great support for us. Would definitely recommend him to everyone we know.

It was fantastic to work with a caring, honest and processional agent like George. He was very detail, patient and helped us every step of the way. We will definitely use George again.

George Valencia and Kathryn were both God sent to us. We had been looking for a real estate person but had not gotten any good vibes from any of them. When we came across George Valencia, we knew he was the person for us. God truly was working for us to find George, his work ethic is amazing, always ready to lead a helping hand to his clients. I would recommend George to anyone of my family and friends. I have recommended George to my mother to sell my Grandma's house. Thank you George for your hard work and dedication.

George was a fantastic realtor. Very professional and trustworthy. He definitely knows what he is doing and would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. He has great communication and always listens to his clients.

George is AMAZING. Just absolutely amazing. He truly loves real estate and really cares for his clients. He's so respectful and professional. He really knows what he's doing and takes ALL the time he and you need to ge the job done. He has so many resources that makes your selling/buying needs that much easier. It was a true pleasure and honor working with George. It suck's that I no longer "need" his services, but I'm grateful to say that he is now a friend and we still talk and hang out. I started out with a real estate agent and ended up with a.l lifelong friend. Very blessed to have met him.

George is more than a realtor. He really cares about the families he is helping, and takes the time to get to know the whole family. He will do everything in his power to make the dream come true. I have kept in touch with George regularly, even now 3 months after my home purchase. I will never buy or sell a home with anyone else.

After a previous negative experience with an agent (not from the same company) we where disappointed, let down, and ready to give up, when my cousin introduced us to George, and it was such a breath of fresh air. He listened to all our needs and concerns, was always there for us, even when I got a little nervous of our purchase, Headed the whole experience great and easy. Thank you George
