As soon as a new property that met my criteria went on the market, I would immediately get texts with links. Shortly thereafter, if I liked what I saw, I was with Jerry on site. Gerry and I went to the same high school many years ago although we didn't know each other. I saw he was a realtor and spoke to him on the phone about listing my parents house. Me and my wife have been extremely impressed with him from day one through last Friday when the sale was completed. Gerry and Dennis Toivonen led us through the process of selling my parents home quickly and thoroughly. When there appeared to be a flooring structural issue - Gerry quickly found a cash investor to purchase the house so we didn't have to come out of pocket for home repairs. I gave Gerry and his team kudos on facebook to let anyone know if they needed a realtor that Gerry was the guy to go to. Unfortunately I'll most likely never need Gerry again as I don't live on eastern Long Island, I will recommend him to anyone I speak to back home looking for a listing agent.
