My wife and I knew very little about the area before coming down from Washington state to Prescott, AZ so when we were looking for a Realtor we wanted to find someone who not only knew the mechanics of Real Estate, but who had a deeper knowledge of the local area. We carefully researched Realtor reviews online and interviewed a few. Gerry stood out in our initial phone call because she obviously had both of these attributes, but she exuded a real confidence and honest manner that attracted us. We were certainly not disappointed in our choice. We planned a meeting in Prescott where we nailed down the things we were looking for in a home, she gave us information on the communities in the area and we started the hunt. It was not easy finding available homes. There was little inventory and plenty of buyers, many with all cash offers. We were frustrated, but Gerry would always encourage us to be patient and to believe that the right home would come along. She continued to work hard for us in supplying all the information we needed to make an informed decision, she steered us away from questionable properties and was always honest with us to a fault. As I mentioned in a previous comment, working with Gerry was like having a partner in a home purchase. I believe she did the things that she would expect a Realtor to do for her if she were buying the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerry to anyone seeking a property in the Prescott area.
