Gerry's experience and expertise showed throughout the whole transaction. Firstly in providing us with guidance as to what needed to be done to the house before it was listed. Secondly in providing us with an accurate assessment as to what the house should be listed. The quality of photos taken of the property and used for the listing definitely where one of the factors which drew a lot of attention to attract potential buyers. The process used to show the house was very well organized which resulted in the least amount of disruption for us in having to leave the house.
