Gerry has been our realtor since 2005. We were a couple rural kids moving from another town. When looking for a realtor in Saskatoon, we noticed Gerry’s ad first because he had a picture beside his contact info. We thought he looked like a friendly guy so we called him up! We were honored to be treated like we were Gerry’s most important clients and he still provides that same level of commitment to us. His intuition and listening skills are so keen that he can usually pick-up on our wants before we even realize we have them! We have felt like Gerry is a member of our family from the beginning because he has always had our best interests at heart. You see the house-hunting shows on T.V. and watch the realtor show the clients homes over the top of their budget. Gerry doesn’t do that! Same goes for selling our house: he was realistic and didn’t list it at some wild number in an effort to avoid insulting us. He lists our homes at the most competitive price on the market at the time, and it works: In 2012, he sold our condo in a matter of hours! In 2013, it took only a few weeks to sell our very cookie-cutter townhouse, and in 2018, he sold our house in less than a day! The offer process on all our new homes was just as smooth. Gerry is a perfectionist when it comes to paperwork and attention to detail, so we have never had any concerns or stress. He just makes it all so fun and easy! You can tell it is a real passion because he loves to look at houses and it’s obvious that he really enjoys his job. My advice is to listen to everything Gerry has to say, follow his instructions, and take it very seriously because he will make your dreams come true if you let him do his magic.
