Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Gianni. He was delight to work with, and his service was beyond reproach. On a five-star scale, Gianni gets 10 stars, in my opinion. My house sold in 4 days, for more than 10% over my list price. Gianni held my hand through the entire process, and was available whenever I needed him. I don't have a lot of experience with realtors, but I believe Gianni truly went above and beyond my expectations. I'm absolutely thrilled. Very happy with E-Merge and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends.
