First time homebuyer here and Gilbert was great! He was very communicative through the entire process. Any questions that I had were always answered thoroughly. I’ll be working with Gilbert for any future home purchases.

Gilbert is an amazing realtor. He is very honest, professional, reputable man and most of all very knowledgeable. He is always in communication and takes his time with his clients. My husband and I we’re able to find our dream home thanks to Gilbert. We asked for a home with a long drive-way for a trailer and not only did we get one but two long drive-ways. I have nothing but respect and love for this man. We truly recommend him on your next home purchase or sell. Thank you again Gilbert for being a great realtor!!!

Gilbert was honestly so great. Even months after closing we are still in communication and he really wants to make sure we are taken care of. I hope he’s still in the business when its Time for me to buy my second home!

We have worked with Gilbert Garcia before. Always a great experience. Gil is always prepared and educates the buyer or seller that he's working with. We've learned so much and are very grateful for that. Gil has exceptional experience in real estate. The transaction was smooth. Great first time selling experience!

Gilbert Garcia is the most reliable agent to get the job done This was the first home I sold and was a great experience Will continue to use Gilbert. Thank you

“There are great people and people who are great at what they do. On rare occasion you come across a person who is both. Gilbert Garcia will exceed any expectations of a Realtor.” I first met Gil about 12 years ago on a referral from my executive director. Looking out for me, he sent me to “his guy.” He was unbelievably informative and helped guide my wife and I step-by-step through the purchase of our first home. As a corporate asset protection professional, I am certain I had more questions than most. Gil fielded all questions with expertise and professionalism while taking care to create understanding. He paid attention to us and was very quickly in-tune with what we wanted. He found us several homes that checked all our boxes, and without a hitch, we seamlessly owned our first property. Recently, he helped us sell a California property while living 3000 miles away in Florida. Even from this distance the experience was seamless and any obstacle that came up was met with Gil’s 360 degree thinking and ability to walk us through all variables and solutions. Gil, yet again, went above and beyond by coordinating everything from listing to close (even making himself available to open the property for contractors and inspectors in my absence). By properly positioning our house in the market, Gil quickly got us multiple offers producing a higher yield than we had hoped. Gilbert Garcia has been instrumental in helping my wife and I toward a much better future. I am not sure what we would have done without him. -Shawn and Christy Cormier
