I have had the pleasure of working with Gilbert Garcia when I sold my property and am working with him while purchasing a new home and he has been very helpful throughout the process. He has tried to address my concerns and has given me both perspectives from the seller and the buyers point of view. This has helped me make the right choices. I have seen him work hard to help me get through the process and explain everything in detail in a thoughtful way and hope others were like him. Thanks Gilbert and wish you future success.

If you are looking for a honest, experienced and caring Real Estate Agent, look no further. Gilbert Garcia is the Agent you should work with. I tried working with other Agents in the past and I felt as if they didn’t have my best interest in mind. When I met Gilbert, I explained to him my budget and the house I wanted, he made it happen. This was my first time buying a home and Gilbert explain everything thoroughly to me and hand held me through the entire process. I am so grateful to have met Gilbert and he truly made dreams come true. I will forever and always work with Gilbert.

My family is grateful for Gilbert's hard work in assisting us with our real estate endeavors. He has helped my parents and siblings with purchasing and selling over the years. He made the arduous process of searching for the right home within our budget so smooth for my wife and I. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is always available whenever you need him. Which in my opinion is difficult to find. He is as honest as they come and is a straight shooter. Gilbert advised us through the whole process and has been following up after we closed.

My husband and I have no hesitation to recommend Gilbert Garcia to our friends, relatives, and co-workers. Gilbert Garcia carries himself in a most professional manner, and is ethical and caring. These qualities are very hard to find in one person, let alone in a realtor. However, Gilbert Garcia is all those things and more. He made sure that we understood every accept of the transaction, he made sure that he kept us in the loop as things transpired, and literally went the extra mile and in some cases miles to get things done. We are looking forward to working again with Gilbert Garcia as this will be our third time. Gilbert Garcia sold us our first house in 2004. Then last month when we sold that house. I should mention that Gilbert Garcia is fantastic at marketing homes. Our home was sold in two days!! The day of our open house not only did our street have open house signs, but so did all the surrounding streets, as well as the major cross streets. He works extremely hard for his clients and for that we have the up most respect for him. We can't thank Gilbert Garcia enough for all is hard work.

Gilbert is a Rock & Dedicated Realtor. I haven't seen an awesome Realtor for the longest time in my real estate industry. I had experience in real estate for my 30 years in this business and I know how hard it is to run this business. However, he delivered every transaction from showing us houses, to get our loan approved smoothly without any doubts. He communicated and updated us almost every other days. His professional services go above and beyond my expectation. He was kind and also available to us whenever you need to know anything about the transaction. If he does not know, he will check back with validated resources. He helped us to get to the right lender even though we thought we might have to cancel the transaction. His negotiation was so skillful that we got offer accepted immediately. Overall, I have no reservation to highly recommend him to anyone for your life time Real Estate Agent. I know I will and so does my family and relatives, . Gilbert is the one. You are Rock.
