Mr. Garcia sold my morher's house which was in probate. He sold the property within a few days after it was listed. He walked is through the process step by step. This was a very hard time for my family and Mr. Garcia was so professional and always available. I am truly pleased and would recommend d his services to anyone.

I bought house two times and sold a house for the past 5 years, I still had not clue of buying or selling a house. But Mr. Garcia, he reminded everything things I needed to focus on. I really learned a lot from him. What is most impressive of him is he followed up all the issues and responded immediate. This is the best agent I every meet.

He answered our phones/messages promptly, which made him very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Gilbert to my family members and friends. He makes the hassle of buying a house a lot easier. Thanks Gilbert! :)

I cant say enough great things about Gil. He's very professional, communicates well and is always available. From the very beginning he makes sure you're comfortable with the home buying (or selling) process. He takes the time to sit down with you and he explains every step of the journey you're about to take. My purchase was a bit of an ordeal due to a difficult seller and her even more difficult listing agent. Gil was professional throughout the entire process, he never gave up, he never got lazy, he always always was 100% there and on top of things. He truly cares and I knew I didn't have to worry because Gil was going to take care of it. I'm so grateful to have had Gil through this, and I recommend him highly to anyone.

This was my second sale with Gilbert and would call him again if there was ever a third sale. His experience and attention to detail really helped get the right buyers right away. He also made sure we had a clear understanding of everything that was going on at all times.
