Gina Godsey

Gina did an outstanding job from our first meeting through the final sale of our home. She clearly explained the selling process, her role as our realtor, and helped us price our home appropriately based on comparable properties. Even during a slow market, Gina remained proactive and continually recommended ways to generate interest. She went above and beyond by creating a unique event during our open house that brought in a strong number of potential buyers. I believe that event helped spark the interest of the family who ultimately purchased our home several weeks later. Throughout the process, Gina genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. She was professional, responsive, creative, and committed to finding solutions. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares, works hard for you, and stays focused on getting results, I highly recommend Gina Godsey.

Gina did an excellent job following up with the builder to ensure the actions needed were completed. She assisted when negotiating price of home and questioned prices as needed. She kept everything on track so we received the quality of service and materials we expected. She’s also continuing to work with us on the sale of our existing home, and she’s always responsive and ready to help whenever we have questions or requests.

Gina was super helpful throughout the entire process. She helped me reach out and coordinate with suppliers to get my property sale ready. Very professional and will get the job done!
