Ginger was extremely helpful with getting my home presentable, put on the market, and due to the prior two conditions taken off of the market in a quick manner. I have relocated out of state and she helped make the sale of my home very smooth.

Ginger was key in helping our daughter buy her first home. She was so knowledgeable and helpful that we chose her to help us when we downsized.

Ginger Gillette is known for working with military homebuyers, which is why I selected her. This is important as she understands the stresses of our moves and the demands of our job. I would definitely recommend her to military service members seeking a realtor in the Tampa area. She is very personable, and exceptionally knowledgeable with regard to the local market. Definitely felt good knowing I had someone in my corner. Ginger is an excellent realtor, particularly for the first time homebuyer.

Ginger was excellent and attentive through the process. We live out of the area and were not available for the inspections or final walk through. Ginger attended and gave feedback anytime it was necessary. Ginger seems like she is very experienced and really new what she was doing. I would definitely recommend her in the future.

Ginger is very friendly and professional. Her deep market experience and contracting knowledge, guided us step by step throughout the process. Ginger is great!

Thank you for all of your help!
