Ginger, Did her Job and More! She exceeded all my expectations! I always felt she had my best interest at heart!

Ginger was wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase real estate She was very knowledgeable and paid attention to details when we were looking at properties. She always responded to my texts and emails very promptly and not matter how late in the evening it was she would be preparing my offer on properties to get them in as quickly as possible in this aggressive market. I completely trusted her opinion and would use her as my realtor again.

Ginger stated in close contact with the seller's realtor and with me. She made sure I had copies of all documents. Always in a pleasant mood with many thoughts and ideas regarding purchase and in regards to the deal. Great experience, made it easy for me to concentrate on packing because I knew she had the business end under control.
