Very nice and polite. Ginger understands and knows the market and all areas of my interests when looking for a house. Always sends me options based off of my preferences and has the answers and solutions to all questions.

Ginger made the house buying process very easy, it's still a stressful process but she made it less stressful and a lot easier, she was a fantastic help with everything, any problem or unforeseen circumstance she was immediately looking into solutions and communicated everything clearly to me.

Ginger was extremely helpful in pointing out all considerations for the homes that we viewed. She kept in mind what I was looking for as well as what I hadn't thought about and needed to. She made herself available to do virtual walk thru for homes I wanted to see but my work schedule didn't permit.
