When we started into the home buying process we were a little lost but after I gat in touch with Giovanni all that quickly went away he took care of me and my husband step by step he was patient and always returned calls and made sure things were done properly with us as clients great guy to do business with thanks for a very smooth process .

Giovanni was amazing through the whole process. Giovanni was quick to get us appts to view houses we were interested in. Sometimes within hours. Giovanni would be very detailed in giving us information re house. Giovanni would point out things that we wouldn't think to look at. Giovanni was always quick to reply and if he was in the middle of something, would let us know he would be replying soon. We never felt ignored. We just closed on Monday and called him for recommendations to update a few things, and he was quick to respond. Giovanni has also been quick to respond in giving us recommendations to make improvement in our home to get it ready to place on the market. It has been a great experience to work with him and will be working with him again once our current house is ready to be placed on the market.

Giovanni is a great worker.

Being a first time homeowner, Giovanni made my experience a pleasant one. He had my best interest at heart and was very patient and till the time to listen to my needs. If I were to move again, I would definitely have Giovanni assist me in my home search

Keep up the good work Giovanni you were amazing

We were very pleased with the manner in which Giovanni handled the sale of our late parents home. He was very respectful and helpful.

Giovanni is a man of dedication and integrity. He is a man who believes in his client's happiness and drives harder than a mack truck. It is my honor to have Giovanni on my side. My family and I thank you for the bottoms of our hearts.

We have used Giovanni for selling two of our properties in a span of two months. Giovanni was extremely helpful and provided great feedback to get the properties ready for a quick sale. He is prompt and responsive in his communication which is very important to us since we are out of state sellers. Giovanni helped us with the entire process, I would highly recommend Giovanni to everyone.
