We have worked with Giovanni many times in the past. He knows the Berwyn neighborhood, market and us as clients. As we were already moved when listing the property, Giovanni made sure our compliance with the city was complete and went above and beyond with insights to sell at top dollar. Unfortunately, we have moved outside the are. But, we would gladly work with Giovanni again if we return to the area. I recommend Giovanni and know he will go above and beyond to negotiate the sale of your property or the purchase of your new home.

Giovanni was professional, prompt, knowledgeable and very patient with us. It was very important as first time homeowner that my wife and I found someone we could trust. Giovanni was very forthright about what he saw as a property's problems as easily as he pointed out the good parts. That helped us to trust him right away because we knew he wouldn't just brush off some glaring problem in the interest of making a commission off of some inexperienced novices. He steered us away from some bad properties and got us into a beautiful home in our ideal location that my wife and I love.

We were worried about beginning the home buying process after hearing horror stories from family and friends about their experiences. We ended up meeting Gio and he supported us through the entire buying experience. He made everything easy and was totally in our corner the whole time. I feel so lucky to have had the home buying experience we had and Gio was integral in making everything so great.

Gio was very good and knowledgeable during the process. He was professional the first day I meant him. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a great agent.

Gio is the absolute best! We are beyond grateful for him! We couldn't have done this without him and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else to support us throughout this process.

good agent, would reccomend to anyone
