Giovanni Arenella is an excellent real estate broker. He is very knowledgable and professional. I would definetely recommend him to other friends and family.

Giovanni is fantastic! He knows the market inside and out, both the suburbs and the entire Chicagoland area. I am always blown away by his professionalism, communication and overall kindness throughout the whole home buying process. I would absolutely recommend him to my closest friends and family for years to come.

We chose Giovanni Arenella as our relator because he treated us like family and genuinely listened to our needs while looking for a new home. His many years of experience and business knowledge was valuable in our decision making process. All communication with Giovanni was extremely efficient and completed in a timely manner. Regardless of the day or time, Giovanni was a phone call away with clear next steps. Giovanni accommodated our schedule and always kept in mind our prerequisites while lining up potential properties. We also appreciated how he valued our time and scheduled 3-5 showings in one day to make sure we saw as many properties as possible within our schedule.

Giovanni is an excellent realtor, he was always available, very professional and patient.

Found Giovanni Arenella from a listing on a house on Zillow. Met him at the house that was for sale. That house did not work but stayed with Giovanni to look for another house. Best decision that I made. He is so kind and courteous. Worked so hard to find the perfect home for me. Always answered my calls and was very knowledgeable about the housing market. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a new house. Best decision you will ever make.

My wife and I were first time home buyers, and so were a little nervous trying to find our future home in the current market, and the journey was a long one. However, Giovanni was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made the whole process a lot less stressful. He was patient with our questions, and his experience in this industry could clearly be felt and seen on many different levels in the house hunting process. We appreciated his willingness to make time for us even for last minute requests for showings or if we ever had any concerns/questions that came up. We felt very supported through the whole process. We would greatly recommend Giovanni!

I feel that the reason I am rating my overall sales experience is solely because of Giovanni Arenella. He made the whole process so easy and he was so helpful with meeting inspectors and or contractors at the property, which made my life easier trying to juggle the sale of my mothers home along with my daily work. We appreciated the full service we received from Giovanni Arenella. I would most definitely hire Giovanni for any future real estate transactions that I may have. I will also recommend him highly if I know of anyone needing a realtor, whether a seller or buyer.
