Glade Smith is a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Agent. He was accessible to us when we had questions or were in need of his services, always returning a text message when needed. He helped us at any time of day or even night. He truly went above and beyond as he attended to every small detail of our walkthrough with the builder when we were out of state. Glade continues to be an excellent resource to us. We can't thank him enough.

Glad pays attention to the tiny details most people miss, his knowledge of the process and figuring out the needs of those he serves is excellent! Highly recommend!

He was excellent in all areas. Very pleasant to work with!! I highly recommend him.

Glade was professional & responsive during the process of purchasing our new home. We met early on and let him know what we were looking for. He provided available listings, responded promptly to any questions we had, and was knowledgeable about the area. He was able to recommend some great resources for us, like the home inspector. We didn't need him to hold our hand thru the process. So it was just the right amount of input. I'm sure he would have be available to be more hands on if that's what we wanted.

Glade is unbelievably good at what he does. We are so thankful for his guidance in buying our first home. He made everything stress free for us and we were thankful for his vast knowledge in the area we were looking into. We will definitely recommend him to all of our friends and family

We used Glade when we purchased our current home and he made it so easy & pleasant that it was a no brainer to use him to sell our prior home once we had it ready to hit the market. We live an hour & a half away and he was able to set up an online closing for us to make things extremely easy! Glade goes above & beyond to make the whole home buying/selling process pleasant!

I've known Glade for over a decade and always have trusted him to treat me fairly. Moving into the area it helped being able to have that trust in a realtor and know that he would do his best to help me out.

There is no one that makes you feel more like a friend than Glade Smith. Great working with him. This is our fourth transaction with him and I wouldn't have it any other way.
