Glade was very responsive and direct. I was never left guessing what the next step was. I plan on working with him for the buying process as well.

Glade was helpful and knowledgeable and kept us in the loop of any changes or new things that came up. I would recommend Glade Smith

Glade Smith was very helpful in finding and purchasing our new home in an extremely competitive market. He went above and beyond, helping us do many mobile viewings. I highly recommend Glade Smith.

Glade was great to work with. He remembers my likes and dislikes. He is honest and quickly handled many of our issues. Once we put our house on the market, everything happened like he predicted and the sale and closing was actually a simple, pain-free process. I would recommend Glade to others and I will hire him again for any future real estate transactions.

We love working with Glade and for sure would use him again!

Glade was such an amazing realtor. He understood our needs, always answered our calls at any time given, answered all our questions, and most of all made us feel like family. He did such an amazing job finding my wife and I the perfect home and till this day he answers any questions we may have, even after we closed. He did great with providing all the details needed and when requested. He explained everything in detail and followed up with the seller regarding the inspections as well as communicated with us step-by-step. He did great in getting everything fixed for us ! We wouldn’t have gone with anyone else! He did everything needed and communicated very well! In addition to the Century 21 Team, Lauren Smith was amazing! She communicated well when Glade was not available and they played the perfect TEAM! Thank you all for the great work ans thank you Glade for finding us our FOREVER HOME!

Glade, myself and Sandra would like to say thank you for taking the time and being patient in help finding our home. From day one, we both had a trustworthy vibe from you and Lauren.thank you again! See you on our second home in the near future!
