Glade was great. We felt like he really wanted to help us find the right place, and was willing to bend over backwards to show us all the houses he were interested in.

Glade was readily available to answer questions and prepared to go show homes. Was very attentive during the transactions. Glade was not pushy to close the deal but gave us the space to think and decide on what we wanted to do. The most important for me is that Glade kept everything confidential.

Glade Smith was an excellent realtor. He found us the perfect home and counseled us to make a competitive offer during a crazy home-buying time. He helped us get our house ready to show and had very professional pictures taken. We sold the house in a week with an offer well over listing. He went above and beyond making sure we had all the information we needed on the new house and pushed things along so we could close on time. I would highly recommend glade to all our friends and family.

We recently listed our home and Glade did a great job with the sale of our house. It was all done in a timely matter and the photos that were taken of our home were excellent. He helped stage our house and had it looking really nice. He helped us pick out a good listing price and got it listed immediately. Our home sold in less than a week and for over asking price. We were thrilled! Glade was very knowledgeable and very helpful with the sales process. He was also very easy to contact and helped with any questions we had. We knew Glade would do an excellent job and he didn’t disappoint!

Glade Smith made our home buying experience easy and enjoyable. He walked us along every step of the way. We decided to use Glade as our agent after seeing family and friends also having a great experience with him as their agent.

We were very lucky to have him recommended to us by Kyle Kintader of the Midlothian Economic Development Office. Glade is just a good person. You can see and it and feel it when you talk to him. I totally trust him and consider him my friend after this. In addition to Glade, Brent Aldridge who handled the loan was also excellent and easy to work with. Glade kept us up to date on everything have to do with the search and purchase of our house. He took a tremendous amount of time to take care of me and my wife and walk us through every step of the process. He also explained in plan language all documents and the purpose behind them. I have never had better customer service from any company or person in over 40 years that comes close to what Glade provided. Truly outstanding and truly appreciated. If anyone I know wants a realtor I would recommend Glade in a second. All people at Judge Fite were really nice and easy to deal with.

Glade Smith took a lot of time with us and unknown to us before this process of buying a home in Texas while moving from Arizona. This made our buying a home more difficult but Glade was there all the way with us making it as easy as possible from a distance. We became good friends with both Glade and his wife (also a realtor). My brother who lives in the area recommended Glade to us and we are really glad he did because he was the perfect fit for us and we will use him again in the future but hope to stay in this home for quite sometime hopefully!

Glade was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He was always easy to reach by phone or text. He also took the time to explain in detail everything that was going on, from the contracts, to the inspection, all the way to closing. He made the process much easier on us.
