Our purchase of land in Hampton Twsp. NJ was our third real estate acquisition in Sussex County, NJ. All three purchases were with the help and guidance of Gloria Testa. We have developed a strong bond and trust with her. She has consistently demonstrated an ethical and professional demeanor that is a credit to her, her employer, and to the real estate profession. In fact, we recently recommending her to a close friend who was looking for a home in Sussex County. It is always a risk to recommend someone to a friend in the event it does not work out. We never questioned our referral and in fact this close friend quickly found a perfect home with Glorias help. This friend has thanked us many times for referring them to Gloria. Gloria Testa is a consummate professional who has earned our loyalty and respect.

Our experience with Gloria: top-notch, totally professional, and positive from start to finish. We were kept informed every step of the way on every aspect of the process. We always felt that Gloria's judgement as to what to do at each step was spot on...and we were right! The house sold sooner than expected. We would definitely recommend Gloria's services to anyoneL

Gloria is a perfectionist and made everything go as smoothly as possible. She took care of everything from beginning to end. Answered all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she found out the answers to questions that aren’t even part of a realtor’s role. She is thorough and pays attention to all the details. I would not recommend anyone other than Gloria Testa!

This was our first time selling a house. My husband is a painting contractor and knew of Gloria Testa through a mutual client who recommended her. We could not have made a better choice! We were impressed that Gloria was always available to answer questions and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process of selling our home. She went above and beyond our expectations from helping us stage the house and having an excellent photographer for the online pictures, to mailing us an item we had mistakenly left behind when we moved. Our house sold in less than a week because we had the right real estate agent. We highly recommend Gloria Testa.

We met Gloria Testa after inquiring online to view a home on the market. It was made clear shortly after meeting Gloria that we were going to move forward with Gloria as our realtor. Gloria is patient and attentive to the buyers needs. During our search, Gloria presented or arranged at least 20 showings, all with a smile and honest feedback throughout the process. We are excited to have found our home with the help of Gloria, and would recommend any new first time buyer to meet with her to see for yourself!

Gloria was extremely helpful and did whatever it took to sell our house! It was priced right and sold quick and Gloria was there every step of the way to make this a smooth and easy sale.

A couple years back we were looking at a house that Pinnacle was marketing. We called a number. Can't rallly remember how we reached Gloria but we did and she came and took us through the house. She asked us if she could take a look at our house which she did that day. She took some pictures. Fast forward about a year and 1/2 later and we're then ready to list our home. We called Gloria beccause of the way she took care of us when we dealt with her the previous time, which never amounted to anything for her. Gloria was knowledgeable in every area. Each time we had a question about anything, she had an answer. She was always available and eager to help in any way she could. She was direct and firm but was kind and considerate. We felt she was always on our side. She also displayed professional confidence in her work and in herself but was never harsh with us. She said what had to be said in a gentle and professional manner. We had a lot of trust in her. My husband used to be a Realtor but he wasn't a good one. He was "too honest" to be exact. Many people have a guarded opinion of Realtors in that they are on the same level, ethically, as used car salesmen. We feel we lucked out with Gloria!!! She was none of what I mentioned. She has restored our faith in Realtors. She was a Godsend to us. My husband and I were very please with her as our Realtor. She was attentive to our problems and questions and always had time for us. We are very happy with her and have already recommended her to a few others. She was a blessing for sure! Gloria was in it with us 100%. We never felt we were on our own. She was with us and for us all the way to the end! It was like she was selling her own house. We so appreciated her as a Realtor.
