Gloria is a highly dedicated professional and the best you can get if anyone is looking for commercial property or a new home. She went far above and beyond all expectations while going through all the property searches and then made the right connections where needed during the closing process. She is truly amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is new or seasoned into looking for properties for sale. She researched and had a magnitude of information on the ready while the search was on looking for, in this case, commercial property so when we toured all the many facilities, she knew exactly what to expect. The closing process was a nightmare but she followed through and again made connections to make it happen and honestly saved the sale. I met Gloria through both my daughter and son who purchased their homes through her so when it came time that I was tasked to look for a building for our company, I gave her a call to see if she also handled commercial properties as well as homes. Boy, she does she ever! She impressed me back when she handled both house sales and then even when we encountered difficulties on this commercial property but perseverance paid off and we now are the proud owners of a building that perfectly fits our company's requirements.

Gloria sold me my house in Sparta and did a wonderful job. It was a no brainer to use her again for my purchase with my significant other. She's knowledgable, thoughtful, careful, patient, and hard working. I love Gloria!

Gloria is truly the best. She genuinely cares and explains every step of the process, a must for the first-time buyer. Would love to work with her again.

SUPER to work with. Will definitely recommend Gloria Testa to others and use her services next time we are in the market. She's always pleasant, very knowledgeable, and was always attentive to our needs and preferences.

My husband and I were buying a house in an area that was new to both of us. We relied on Gloria's knowledge and expertise of the area to help us narrow down our search. She was understanding and extremely patient with us. We were traveling from the city to look and she was very accommodating with the scheduling seeing us evenings and weekends. Even on her vacation, she kept in contact with us updating us on every step of the way after we placed the offer. Every question that we had whether big or small was answered very quickly. We could not have asked for a better experience. Closing went smoothly and she even came back a few days later to take pictures of us in front of our new house. She surprised us with very thoughtful closing gifts as well. Don't hesitate to choose Gloria as your realtor!

Gloria was amazing. From the very beginning of my home buying experience, Gloria was amazing. She showed me quite a few properties before we settled on the one that I chose. I couldn't be more thrilled. I would recommend Gloria to anyone looking to purchase a home with a realtor who knows the area and isn't pushy.

Gloria Testa made a less then desirable experience bearable. She took responsible for things that the client is often required to do. She worked with use almost 24 hrs a day. We were very happy with Gloria Testa and her friendliness and knowledge. She was always a phone call away and was very responsive. She explained every step in the process. She guided us so we could make informed decisions and reminded us when documents or payments were due. It was a relief to have her on our team. We felt as if a trusted family member was helping us look for our house. She always answered the phone or responded in a very timely manner. She was very patient with our questions. We valued her experience. Gloria made us feel as though we were her only clients - we appreciated her attention and enthusiasm.

Gloria was very understanding of our needs and was great helping us navigate our first home buying experience by keeping us on track with each step in the process. She was always reachable and patient with our questions or concerns.

Gloria Testa was recommended by a friend whose opinion I highly regard. My friend is a realtor in Chicago.
