Grayson karsten is a great broker! He is very knowledgeable about the market and certain areas of town. His communication throughout the whole process was very good, responding to your interest and giving prompt feedback. However, towards the end off the contract, after the inspection, there was a breakdown in the negotiation process. I was got what I wanted in the end though. So I would highly recommend Grayson for buying a home.

Did a great job listening to my specific needs. Did not waste my time showing places that didn't have potential or that were out of my price range. Very professional dealing with a difficult seller We found a FSBO and hired Grayson to represent our interests in the transaction. The situation dictated that his services added cost to the transaction which I'm glad I paid and would gladly do again. What he was able to put together (research, contracts, inspection, etc) would have taken me days or weeks to do and the deal would not have gone smooth at all. This is the 3rd place I've bought and the most complicated. However, it also was the smoothest transaction.
